ZERO oil pressure - Help!

While driving around town yesterday, loafing around 2000 rpm, I get an 'Oil Pressure Warning' readout on the dash and show '0' oil pressure on the oil pressure gauge. I reluctantly rev the engine to 3000 rpm and the pressure goes right up. 1/2 hour later in traffic, again loafing at 1800 rpm, same thing. Slight reving of the engine brings oil pressure back up to normal.
Oil levels in the car is perfect (3-4 bars down). Car has 13,000 miles. I have done 2 oil changes at 5 and 10,000 miles.
Suggestions guys? Anybody else experience this?

I have an 03, I have never had that problem. But I change my oil every 2,000 - 2,500 miles and only have 1 bar down.
