Nice Club Racer

This was my favorite car at the Zone1 Concours a couple of weeks ago, other than my own...
Man did it sound nice when it was started up....headers to straight pipes...grrrooowwwl !!!!

Looks like a converted 3.4L Carrera.

Actually it is a converted 1969...I think there is a different motor, but I cannot be sure...

Looking at it now, the wheelbase does look a little short for a 996. I did not know folks were doing 996 rebodies now, they usualy go for 993 rebodies. If memory serves the GT3 class goes from 2.8L to 3.4L...

The colors on that car are very striking. I like it.
