Hi Everyone,
After speaking with the Hotel and Orlando we need to know what is going on... The hotel is saying only 10 rooms have been reserved, yet we are being told we have almost 100 cars coming... How is this possible?? Is everyone coming for just Sat. or what??
I need everyone to respond with what their plans are... If we end up with only 10 rooms reserved rooms rates will raise as they were expecting 30-50 Rooms....
Please Advise ASAP guys!!!

ALSO!!!-There is a $5 entry fee for the Poker Run (not a big deal) but I wanted everyone to be aware before you get here... I just finalized the poker run route and trust me it will be fun and worth the 5 bux!!

I have reserved a room, and am expecting to bring some customers, so I should be reserving 2-3 more rooms in the next day or so.
