Another clutch question

Sorry for opening up one of these threads again, but after spending many hours reading every other thread about the same issue I still have not decided which way to go...

My clutch is slipping in 3rd-4th-4th gear @ around 3500-5500rpm the sec after I flashed it! My car has 35000miles and was completely stock and this came as no surprise I must say! (I also put on a Fabspeed Maxflo with 100cell cats)

The thing is if I put on a new Sachs original replacement kit (plate, disk, bearing) do you think it will 'hold' with the new upgraded torque? How many miles (if any) will I be able to get out of it with occassional roll ons and stoplight races???

I am thinking of upgrading to K24's (flashed ofcourse and GT2 IC's) but that is it! I don;t want to take it further than this..

I guess I will need the upgraded Sachs performance kit huh?
I have the flw part nrs 883082999752 pressure plate, 881864999973 disc and 3151173202 bearing. The best price I have found so far is 1000 euro (delivered here Athens-Greece from Gremany). Does this sound abt right?
(double money than the standard kit )

Many thanks for your replies...

A stock kit will not hold up very long at all even with just a k-16 chip and exhaust. Get a high HP rated clutch....

I see...

I knew it deep inside of me, but I just wanted to be 100% sure that I really need the extra strength anyway, before I dish out double money for the performance clutch set...

Thanks for your help... Seems like I will reach deep inside my pocket this time as well....

I will never save up for those K24's.....

Many thanks, but the exchange rate is not THAT GOOD after all! I just found the kit for 950 Euro (incl shipping from Germany) and custom hassle free!

I don't want to change my flywheel, I drive the car every day in traffic and need it to be as close to stock as possible! Thanks for your effert though!

(By the way do you perhaps have any 'special' on used K24's maybe?)

E-mail me @ c_annivas@hotmail.com as I can't send any pm's yet!

You dont need to change your flywheel. You can run the stock dual mass flywheel. No problem on the price... I dont have any used parts, sorry.
