New AFI TURBO Factory Replacement Headers

NEW FROM AFI TURBO
FACTORY REPLACEMENT HEADERS

After the recent release of our new 996TT Garrett T3 GT series Kit (AVAILABLE THROUGH AP DEALERS). We had nurmerous requests for a factory replacement header.

These headers are now available with and without external waste gates. Our headers are manufactured with a true three into one merge collector. All flanges are CNC machined at our in house machine shop to ensure the highest quality. The runners are made of 8ga 304L stainless steel and all tig welds are back purged to provide full penetration and eliminate contamination on the inside of the manifold. All AFI TURBO products are made in the USA at our 12000 square foot facility in Tempe AZ.

I'm sure it's Dan's motor, and his parts on a Black Turbo.

Tom,

We spent alot of time with R&D on these headers. One of the things we wanted to incorporate was a true low angle merge collector. This is one of the most important elements in header design and we have not seen it addressed in any of the current products on the market. Secondly we wanted to build a more durable part that is why we use 8ga 304L, we also tightened up the headers for ground clearence (almost and 1 inch). As for price we are working on finalizing that right now. Feel free contact us if you any other questions.

Thanks for the interest,

Mike

996TT_STEVO,

Yes, the pictures on our website are of Dan's car and the black Tip. We worked very closely with Dan while devloping the the AP/AFI Garrett GT series kit. The Black Tip was the first car we installed production parts on. It then went to Vivid for dyno testing and the addition of the AP parts.
