Are clear UV films any good?

I was wondering whether any of the members here have any experience with clear UV film. I an thinking of tinting the car but I want to keep the tint as light as possible for various reasons.

Do a search for Huper Optik Tint. That is what I am using on my car.

The guy I am thinking of using uses Llumar. Are they any good?
