My dealer has not been able to resolve or duplicate the rear spoiler light.

Today I get the airbag failure warning light and the spoiler light. The air bag light comes on every time I start the car. Is there any danger of air bag deploying while driving.

When I turn off the car, it sounds like a weather siren with a somewhat high pitch bellow that continues for about 3 to 5 seconds and slowly fades away. It does it every time I turn the car off and seems to be louder and stronger if the car has been running for a while.

It is coming fron the front end I think and I turned the AC off and it did not do it when I just shut it down so it appears to be related to the AC. Any ideas.

Where do you live? On the off-chance it is in Arizona, I can give you a hand figuring it out.

Doug,
Do you have any aftermarket electronics in the car?

There is a fan up front that is on under two conditions... when the AC is on and when the engine is over temperature.

Do this...

Have someone sit in the cab with the AC on, and you go to the front of the car and listen... have them turn the ac off... does it sound like a fan which may be dragging on something slowing down?

Repeat this as many times as necessary to convince yourself that it is the AC fan... then take it to the dealer and have them replace it.

You haven't had any front end collisions or changed out the bumper have you?
