I was there (mine is the black TT shown above). Did anybody else, see or talk to Mr McGuire of McGuire's Wax? He was standing there with his grand kids as we pulled in, so I had to meet him. Should have taken his pic.

 

i got there around 8:15.. parked just ahead of the gmg porsche.. didnt know who anyone was so just walekd arounf taking a few pics.. awsome turn out.. definately work waking up early on a sat.

Its across from the Irvine Spectrum at the Ford Headquarters p-lot. Exit at Alton on the 5frwy. You can see it from the freeway while going south bound. I know there are better directions on other threads Im just too lazy to look for them, sorry.

Thanks for the kind words. I'm so sad that this car is for sale, I really want to see it go to a good (6speed) home. Just need to get off my lazy *** and make a post here on 6speed.

Regarding the wash, I'm glad you noticed. I actually washed/waxed last weekend... There are a few suspect waterspots on the rear of the car though.. I think a sprinkler got it while my dad was out driving it! C'est la vie right?

Was Mr. meguiar the same from the cleaning supplies company? Was he there in a lamborghini and letting the little kids sit in the drivers seat?

Regarding 6 speed parking.. I'd try to help you guys organize this but I'll be taking a class over my winter break in San Diego, so cars and coffee gets put on hold for a few weeks
