UNBELIEVABLE! After the assembly video please watch the test video of the GTR. Link is provided right underneat of the screen. I did not see this one coming, really! I guess I know what I will be getting as a second car next year.
It would be nice to option custom rods huh?
This car is going to be fast. It doesn't exhibit any of the launch "issues" of the Porsche cars in the video. No tire hop, just a smooth rear wheel spin and strong AWD takeoff. The way it SHOULD launch.
But given the progressive weight gains on all new cars, the 996TT will be a lightweight in a few model years.
I love my car. I really don't want to part with it. Even though I would love a Z06 and/or a Skyline, nothing has the pure feeling and presence of a 911.
