I was out again today with the LP640 (0 to 60 in 3.5 sec). I am amazed how fast it is.

Very cool, sorry again I wasn't able to make it to this outing, I look forward to perhaps Wednesday.

 

It was fun and call me about Wed. At one point we were doing 110MPH on PCH. Most of the video was in 3rd or 4th gear and 80 to 110 MPH. Remember, my right hand is either holding the camera or shifting so If I keep the car in the viewfinder, I must stay in the gear that I am in. The Turbo S handles so well, one hand at 110 MPh is no big deal. Also, several years of racing cars and motorcycles helps.

 

where was the invite?! what? you wanted to be the only yellow turbo out there? :P

This was a PCA gathering at the Hilton in HB. The HB Hilton is the site of the 38th annual Porsche Concours (May 30th, 31st and June 1st). I am in charge of displaying, judging classification and awards for all 200 Porsche cars who will be at the event. I am looking for a few people to assist me in this effort. Any takers?
