A GT640 and GT700 is the same turbo wise.The difference is the fuel system and intake plumbing.

 

No these turbos are not used in the 700 kit.

 

Much, much faster. Not even a fair comparison. The M3 has around 400whp but that is at 8K. My 996tt with the GT660 has enormous power and torque very early. When you see the dyno's you will understand.
