I have 997tt wheels for my 996tt as well. What sort of cost was it to install the springs?

StrathRoy, when you have a chance please post pics of your 997tt wheels on your 996tt. Not to many of that set up floating around in SA for me to look at for comparison.

You'll be the first to see it! Right now, it's C-O-L f'in -D here in Canada, and my baby is asleep for another month or two! I bought the wheels over the winter, so no pics yet.

I definitely have a renewed interest now in 997tt wheels on my Seal Grey 996tt. Does anyone know where the pics of a Seal Grey 996tt are located? I could have sworn there were a few.

I was told I could expect a 3/4 to 1 inch drop. I think it it the 1 inch. I did not take any measurments before/after. All I know is I'm very happy with the results as a whole. What does the FD stand for in your RX7 R1? I had two a 93 and 94. My intro to the world of turbo. They were such sensitive cars and seemed to require such tlc that I swore never to buy a turbo again. Never say Never. My 93 had an engine replace under warranty, hoses blew off a few times leaving me sputtering to the dealer. The 94 behaved alot better but after I sold her at 33k miles I heard from the new owner that he also had to have an engine replaced under warranty. All that said I sure loved everything else about those cars. Hows yours holding up?

So - how is the ride with the new springs? Your ride height is exactly what I am looking for (on the cheap). Thanks for the pics. It is beautiful.

Ride is good, bit stiffer and a few new cases of curb/driveway rash on my lower ft painted lip. Oh well, guess its the price you pay for beauty.

The car looks great. Just getting started on my quest to do something similar. Is there only one choice from H&R that will fit the S? Or, does I need choose a specific size/height?
