Momo ZZ-7...Opinions?

I'm thinking about getting Momo ZZ-7's from Discount Tire Direct:

http://www.discounttiredirect.com/di...130&vid=006676

19X8.5 ET45 AND 19X11.5 ET45 REAR

Finish: Silver with polished lip.

I'll also installing H&R Sports.

Any opinions on looks, fitment and tire recommendations will be greatly appreciated!

I have no experience with them but I really like the look. I wonder how well they would hold-up?? Looks really interesting.

But they are expensive, and for a common design, Im sure you can find a quality wheel that looks just as good for less.

Here is a similar wheel from Forgeline. They are awesome wheels with a great reputation.

I love these wheels and a few moths ago I was shopping for those. They look great but little on the heavier side, If I can remember they are 25 lbs front and 28 lbs in the rears. The good news is you don't have to spend no where near that. I remember seing these somewhere for $2999 for the set. 8.5X19 and 11.5X19 direct fitment...

The Momo distributor which I am thinking about purchasing these from insists that the tires be 235/35-19 fronts and 315/25-19 rears. Is a 25 profile tire for the rear too "rubber band" like? Shouldn't the rears be a 30 profile?

It will be the same profile as the front 235/35. The second number is just a percentage of the first...which gives you the height of the sidewall in mm. You have to run suzes that are very close in overall diameter...if not, you run the risk of damaging your vicious coupling.

315-25-19

The only problem is ride quality, handling is improved, that you better know before spending $ and you could be unhappy.

I know...plus on top of that, upgrading to larger wheels usually goes hand in hand with lowering the car a bit. More butt-aches!
