New Exhaust Tips

I am getting very sick of the stock tips, they are just too boring for such a nice car, and I am looking for some new ones. I like the X54 tips, and I will probably get them if I can't find anything else I like, but does anyone know of some nice tips?? They would have to be stock sizes (to fit on my fabspeed).
Thanks,
Evan

I second that notion. I've had them for over a year and absolutely love the way they complimnt the rear. I've also received countless compliments on them.

I'm debating the X54 tips for my stage 2 europipe exhaust. So, you guys think the X54 are nicer?

I love the X54s!!! One of the reasons I did not get a Tubi or 70mm Techart exhaust is because neither takes the X54 tips...

You may want to speak to Joe at Fabspeed and see if the TechArt dual tips will fit the exhaust you want. The advantage of those are that the exhaust actually flows out the larger hole in the dual tip. Thus the center (common/middle) polished piece does not get black. With the stock dual tips (as I have) the exhaust flows over that center piece and it gets black very quickly. No big deal except for the **** types... Something I did not know until I looked at both tips when I had my TechArt bodykit installed.

The stock tips will have to have the hole enlarged to accept the Stage II Europipe. I sent them my tips and they sent me a set enlarged to fit the stage 2.. at no charge I may add...

I have to agree that the dual tips finish off the rear....
Gary, your right on the money with that center section turning black but, it's not like I'm not out there all the time polishing things Just another section ....
Just received my Fabspeed quiet and looking forward to hearing it

I know the quiet will fit the techart tips... it states that on the Fabspeed webpage. Maybe you can sell yours to Evan and get the techarts... less cleaning...

Actually since this came up...does anyone have any connections that could make tips like the X54 tips, except in a little bigger size, something that would fill out the gaps in the bumper a little more.
Or a connection that can make them in Carbon Ceramic covered by Carbon fiber, that would be HOT...And expenisve, but a nice mod for those with the Techart front with Carbon, or those with a carbon interior. Or those with neither and would just like it!!

and, Evan... Check out at how nice that Conti 315 rear tire fits that wheel.

The AVS will allow most if not all the entire rim edge to stick out past the tire sidewall.
