???? I was trying to help out incase you did another SEARCH ALL OVER THE UNIVERSE and someone told you that your car would run fine. I didnt know you traded the car. But from you initial post you either didn't know what you were selling and what was included or you Ebayed it with intent to deceive. If you called your tuner Evoms instead of SEARCHING ALL OVER THE UNIVERSE you would find out that the ecu is encrypted and it stays with the car.
No sarcasm here just pure facts....

You can have any local GIAC dealer do the flash for you but unfortunately, no, the ECU isn't transferable

It is actually a Stage 3 since it is without headers. When you add headers, it becomes a Stage 4.

Since you already have the headers on hand why won't you include them too, why not sell the set as a whole.

Thanks woodtster, they may come in handy. I spoke to Sharky and he seems to like the responsiveness of the K16's, and just doing a stage 2 modification. With all the modifications on this site, I would love you hear your opinions.

Back in the day, Stage 3 was K16/24 Hybrids. Stage 4 was K24 based. Not sure what's what now. From what I read, stock headers, especially if the welds are ground down, are good for 600 HP. If this is true, headers would make little to no difference to the output of a "stage 4".

only thing is bro.. you and i both know that the k24s are laggy as $&%*.... I think for most people they always like the stage II's better. Using part of the K24 as part of a hybrid... well that's a different ball game

K24s are hard to get... So if it was a steal I would get them... You can get a lot more for them later.... that's all....

I'm not sure how they used to do it, but now my stage 4 is a 16/24 hybrid. Stage 3 is the same, and the only difference between stage 3 and 4 is headers.

Maybe one of u guys can help me out. I have a 2004 911 turbo cab with k24, evo inter coolers silicone hoses , 100 cell cats, fabspeede exhaust, evo air box, deverter valves evo headers and the upgraded waste gates with giac flash. Okay the problem is that when i drive the car most of the time as the car is under full throttle the boost will get stuck at .8 and sometimes it will get thought to 1.3 bars and i get the full power out of the car. but most of the time it gets stuck at .8 or .9 it feels like some is turning off the turbos or something. I have checked everthing for any loose hoses but everthing is snug and tight. Some one told me it could be the software in the car that is shuting down the boost. Evo flashed the car with giac for me. I need some help.
