Attaching Front Licence plate

Attaching Front Licence plate
Anybody can help me with this? I want to do it without removing the front bumper. There are two square holes in the front bumper.

plate front, two brackets, and screws into the square holes.

Thanks. How does it attach to the bumper as there seems to be no holes for screws.

There are 2 little pieces that have the male end to those small square holes. You push those in to the holes and then screw the plate into those 2 plastic pieces. It should come with the license plate holder part# 996.701.107.00.
