noises from control arms, help!

Please help me with the problem. I was told that my front and rear control arms need to be replaced. Noises occure during driving. Did anyone have the same problem ever? Can it be simple fixed by aadding oil to rubbers?

Any suggestion will be appreciate!

Chenshan

Mine got replaced under x-tended warr. The noise was only present when bumps on the road and sounded like clunking plastic noise, instead of metal to metal.
