OK, I have the quote for the hat pricing. What will happen is that everyone will pay me, then I will pay the embroiderer. After the order is done (10-14 working days), the embroiderer will ship direct to each person, saving some costs from having to ship to me, then me shipping it out to all of you. The shipping cost is $6.60 for 1 OR 2 hats. Each additional hat is $1 to ship. So here is the breakdown for single and multiple hats including shipping (rounded up to the next whole dollar):
1 hat = $20.00
2 hats = $33.00
3 hats = $47.00
4 hats = $61.00
So you guys ordering one hat might look into a 2nd one. As far as payment, someone suggested that we use personal checks so if several people drop out and we can’t make the minimum any longer, I can just tear up the checks and we can avoid the 6% PayPal (3% each way) fee. Since the hat lead time is pretty short, I think that’s a good idea (I am planning to give a couple out as Christmas gifts so I need them by Dec 1st).
So I’ll PM everybody with my name and address and give everyone two weeks to get me a payment. Then assuming we have 48 paid for I’ll cash the checks, give them a week to clear, and place the order November 1st.
If you still want to do PayPal, let me know and you’ll need to add 3% to the prices above.
I’ll also need your shipping addresses to give to the embroiderer.
Here is the confirmed list of people, quantities, and colors. If I’ve missed something let me know. I’ll accept color changes until Oct 14th.

I have had a couple of requests to pursue yellow stitching as an alternate to silver. The guys who have requested this are willing to pay a surcharge since I don't believe there would be enough interest in 25 hats with yellow stitching.
