"SHARK WERKS" redefines excellence in service

I recently had a problem with a DV on my turbo and Alex and James stepped up to help me resolve the issue. They sent me a new set even though they had not received the old parts. James even called me at home to inform me that they tested the new ones and they were in transit to me.
Now I don`t know about you guys but I have had trouble getting other vendors to call me back or email me and while their communication skills are virtually non-existant, Sharkworks continues to go beyond the bounderies of customer support. I don`t want to sound dramatic here but I am actually blown away with their service!

I started dealing with Alex and James since I got my 04 996TT. People may tell me others are good, but why go to others when you found the best.

Hi Mike, wow.. thanks for the kind words and honestly don't think much of it at all. Before I was doing this (2001-2003) I honestly had so many different people help me in similair (and more) ways... The truth is up until 2002/3 I was a customer too and the experiences I had were good so hopefully I'm using those to a degree. I really have always felt like one of "the guys" and because I do share the same car(s), passion, issues and frustrations just the same...

I know you didn't get them from us but the evo dealers are good at covering each other (that's sort of the point I think/hope). Give us a call if you need. I know James was explaining that you had an issue that might be beyond that;( (although when you get them if you want to use red loc-tite let it set for a while first) Frustrating!

I've had my car to Sharkwerks several times. They really know their stuff and given great advice and done excellent work.

Again, thank you boys... It's a real privaledge/honor to do this for the 6speeders and bay area folks. I've done a lot of different things in my (short I suppose?) time on this planet (even retired after the dot.com stuff heh) but I can't ever think of being more happy and energized... We've made so many good friends and had the opportunity to play with some fun toys!

Thank you and I remember! That was quite a hot day around here too? How'd the rest of the trip go? We've actually built a couple of cars for Vancourver'ans... One GT700 I can certianly remember

James is Canadian so we've got that base covered
