Incredible...

After a few weeks of research on what should I do with turbos, today I removed my K16s and went them to a turbo repair shop in order to service them and make them k16/24...After one hour the guy called me and told me that my turbos were k16/24 and not k16!!! The previous owner did not mention that to me...I did 5000km with k16/24 turbos running with k16 flash at constant 1.0 bar...obviously the turbos were not performing their full potential...Any comments?

I didnt know Proto has a flash for K16/K24 ...

I suggest you give Kevin @ UMW a call ASAP ... you'll be extremely satisfied ... I'm willing to make a bet on it... actually.. I would ship your turbos to him and have the Zero Clearance treatment done ...
