Jegs, a lot of things can go wrong on a dyno when one is not used to doing it on high HP P cars... I dont really care what my car did... and unless its a todd's im not doing it...

Scott, no offense, but whoever did your car on the dyno must not have done a few tricks to get it to hook on the dyno (it's not hard btw). I watched my brothers car make 900+rwtq on a 19" street tire in a Vette. I've also dynoed 9xx rwhp Diesels that made 1500+rwtq and they didn't spin a tire. I know you've got traps speeds to back it up, but dynos are always nice (and also awesome for bragging rights). Hell my 8sec Camaro was put on the dyno just so I had a number lol.

Hey I will have my car back in a week and I will dyno it on a dyno jet first and then a hub dyno. Then everyone can see if there is or is not a differnce. Then these types of threads can have a conclusion.

Rick Flair, once said, "to be the man you have to BEAT the man" is that simple, UNLESS you have a time slip of 9.16 or better with your Porsche and a 1200 rwhp sheet or better, Bello is the man to Beat ! Simple.

We are in 2008, if the water cooled or any other Porsche has NOT gone into this territory is not for the lack of technology.

Like him or not, is easy to criticize him, the fact is that the numbers don't lie, the dyno numbers don't lie, if he is running 5 bar of boost or if he is in the Richard Simmons dyno who cares !

Im just a fan that apprecciate what Bello has done all alone when everyone said it was impossible. Im also a huge fan of Protomotive but that is another subject all together.

This stuff with the dyno needs to be addressed but in a thread of its own.

I'm glad it got posted here. This is the kind of information I'm sure all Porsche owners are interested in. Mabe someone could get Tim to post his information, I'm sure that would be interesting also.

Umm...Markski's 870 rwhp dyno? For your information, it was done on a Dynojet long before Todd had his Dyna-Pak.

As far as my car; I tried it once...and it slipped so badly on a Mustang dyno that it almost came off. I have nothing to prove in regards to dyno numbers...so I won't bother trying it again.

I'll continue using my trap speeds and 60-130 time as proof of my power.

Regardless; Suman needs to watch what he posts.

I believe for RWD the loss is approximately 12% if I'm not mistaken, and then for AWD it was 18%.

I'm with you, bro. But I simply don't have any dyno shops near my area that I trust to dyno my car properly.

And those are the numbers that don't lie.

Sounds good, this is the kind of information I enjoy coming to this forum for, and hopefully we can keep the Drama for the GT-R threads. so what is the story on the RED car?

Its quick

All kidding aside. To be entirely honest I don't know all of the details on the car yet. It ran 10.9 @ 139mph at Atco stock motor, just basic upgrades, thats the extent of my knowledge on the car.

I'll be sure to get all the info though and make a big thread about it.
