This is an impressive, notable feat of engineering.

There are a number of tuners that can do special things for these cars.

Key is if they meet the needs of their customers....reliability, cost, safety, etc.

What impresses me about some of the tuners on this board is their humility, their drive, and their unwillingness to promise x before they have tested, tested and tested some more.

None of this stuff is cheap or trivial. Kudos to these guys. I think there a number of projects out there that will be impressive.

This is certainly one.

In a tip application, will you allow the DME to control the tranny or the ProEFI?

Cheers,

I'm interested in the price also. Might be the 4th time I switch up tuning LOL! This would allow some of the tuners that tune big time Motec, etc. setups to do some tuning on these cars. Believe it or not, there are other tuners out there that have tuned motors some of our tuners only wish they could touch (F1, Lemans, etc.)

Congrats Tym
One large step for a tuner, one huuuge step for 996 / 997 owners!

The most exciting news for me is that relating to
launch control...

Launch control is embedded into the Stock ECU as well. You just need to know how to set it up. Please contact EPL or Tony@EPL on this board. he can set you up now.

Just saw you had a tip car. I think your best bet is an aggressive torque converter which you can adjust the stall on. I think EVOMS sells this. Godd luck.
