Leather Question - are the

I was applying some leather conditioner to my car today and couldn't figure out if the door panels had any leather on them or not. My car doesn't have the full leather option.

There is stitching on the front door panels and rear sides so I figured they might be leather, but the areas I thought might be leather feel rather hard .... .not like you'd expect typical leather to feel.

Any ideas which parts are actually leather and which are just the interior plastic?

Are the interior panels leather or plastic?

oops! ... submitted the post before I could update the heading and now can't change it. The title of the post should be "Are the interior panels leather or plastic?"

I think it is all leather. I just went ahead and put leather conditioner all over them. BY the way, I have looked for a long time to find the right product and currently using griots leather conditioner - it is not greasy and smells like new leather.

It is leather, but not your typical leather....it has had moisture removed through a special process Porsche uses. You are not supposed to apply typical leather conditioner. Use Aerospace 303 to protect from UV.

Is there anything besides 303 to use as a UV protectant? I like the stuff but I don't like the shiny finish it leaves. Also, what do others use on there dash? Mine has peeled and I want to get it repaired but also don't want it getting any worse.
