I see about 8-10 different 997's and Turbos daily....I cant recall one that has driven aggressively, or even over the speed limit for that matter. In fact, some drive so slow. Im always thinking in my mind, "damn, if that was my car id be haulin @ss!"

Its a good thing.....I hate when I see people in amazing drive performance cars drive slow each and everyday day. The car wants it, give it to her

Bike and Car Communities

It's interesting that when I'm out on my bike and I see a bike coming the other way, I wave or give some form of aknowledgement and 80% of the time it's reciprocated. Doesn't matter if it's a Cruiser, Sportsbike, Harley, Ducati, Honda, 15 yr old battered Yamaha etc.

Definitely don't see the same behavior with sports cars. Not sure why.

It was quite obvious I was on their side so I figure they either didn't look because they thought I was egging on a race, totally oblivious to their surroundings, or just too high class to look down at us lower folk. Oh well. Why is it so hard to run into cool 911 owners? This happens all the time without fail.

Everytime I am driving my car, I get guys in STI's and M3's wanting to race. They buzz by me at 6000 rpm. My wife says that this car is the best form of teaching me restraint. The other day(about 2 weeks ago) getting on I-25 at Castlerock, a red new M3 saw me and had to get on it on the on ramp to challenge me, and I just let him go, my wife was shocked as years ago, I would not have let that go. But it is to dangerous on the streets these days since most drivers have the awareness of a sloth and will pull into your lane without even looking. if you need to flex your muscles there are plenty of race tracks to do it in. That M3 sounded sweet though.

However, if carmen electra was waiting for me I would have to do max speed to make it home.

I see less porsche and vette drivers driving aggressively than I do other fast cars. It seems that Mitsu EVO and WRX/STI drivers are always driving aggresively in my area.

when I think of aggressive driving I think of darting in and out of traffic with no respect for other drivers.

You can drive these cars fast but smooth to the point where other drivers are not resentful

Most of the aggressive drivers I see are women in mini vans driving 55 in the hammer lane until I try to get around them on the right and then they match my speed so I can't squeeze between them and the car in front of me in the right lane doing 60 or better.
Sometimes I feel like I trying to get around Kyle Busch.

I've never seen an aggressive Porsche driver either, you guys are always driving slow and sticking to the trafficy lanes... weird. If you wanted a status symbol you shoulda got a Lambo or Ferrari, not a Porsche
