Question Possible to get a warranty from German while I am oversea?

Hello fellow, I have a 06 Cayman S. I live in Taipei Taiwan. Last week I realize my interior parts are pealing apart like crazy. Although I didn't purchase the car at authorize porsche dealer in Taiwan. Even if I do get a car from porsche dealer locally, They atomically reduce my warranty to half percent when it gets the the 2nd owner ( which is me ) Porsche dealer offer 4 years of warranty but after you sell the car it becomes half. Anyway, Is it possible to contact the German Porsche directly and inform them my issue? Perhaps I can still get the car warrantied. I heard someone here did that and the nice guys at Germany took care of the car's issue even when the car wasn't even purchased at here locally. I feel bad to have my interior parts being like this for only a two year old car.

So my conclusion, How do I contact German Porsche directly regard my matter?

I don't think you will get any warranty coverage if the damage was generated by the carwash guy's chemicals. I know those guys had some pretty strong stuff and almost all the plastic on porsche interior's is painted, not dyed.
