New Car (Porsche) Extended Warranty -- Worth It?

Dealer is offering extended warranty on my new GT3, to 7yr/75k for additional $3900. Seems steep to me. What have others paid for extended warranty's when new? Does it make more sense to wait a couple years and get the car Certified and extended?

There are third party companies that can get the same extended warranty for a lesser price.
