Yes, the gauges come with it. I paid $1100 from Sam @ speed gallery. It was used when I bought it and have never installed it. I would like to get my $1100 back, but am willing to negotiate. Make me a reasonable (if there is such a thing with Porsche parts) offer.

I would try mounting the greddy in the small slit you have between the Nav unit and the cupholder, and put the gauges in the cubby...

You may even be able to put your Turbo Timer in your glove box...

We have modified some 0 hole batwings then covered them in carbon for the Greddy unit, and it looks really good.
