Do the PPI from a separate dealer. Then talk to the mechanic doing the PPI. Did it for my car and happy I did for the piece of mind.

Does anyone have insight on what most PPI's cost? I was quoted $405 from a Porsche dealership in Chicago.

Seattle area PPI cost me around $325 or so IIRC.

Mine was done by an indy shop, not a dealership, so that may account for the cheaper price. But it was thorough and I had no complaints post purchase.

All depends on what they will actually inspect.

What does the $405 PPI include????
