Ideas to make interior more interesting

I have a silver/black car with sport seats. My interior in particular looks rather plain. I think it would look nicer with a dark brown/tan leather or perhaps a small detail like red stitching on the leather vs the current silver gray stitching.

I'm guessing that changing the interior leather color or even trying to figure out how to retrofit deviated stitching is no small task, so I'm looking for other ideas on how I can spice up my interior a little ... nothing too blingy. Any suggestions welcome! If you have any pictures that would be a nice bonus.

add some carbon fiber pieces, maybe do some alcantara for the shifter, alcantara or suede headliner, or even a roll bar

I've been giving some thought to refinishing the cushions on my sport seats in body color matched alcantara. Wouldn't cost a fortune, but I bet it would look gorgeous. Reminds me of my old S4.

Second on the roll bar. Looks great from the outside, adds safety and doesn't impact your field of view.

I switched out my carbon fiber rear center console for arctic silver rear center console to break up the black interior.

Tom,
Are those rear seats I see? What's the use of those for your purposes?
