Advice sought. Sources of mesh...gotcha's.....pictures of success.

I was thinking of just putting custom cut units on the black grill pieces that are stock via zip ties...simple "track" kind of thing if you will. My issue is with the edge of the cut mesh....scratching paint, etc.

And, does it affect the cars cooling?


BTW: Car is street drivin and 2-4 DE's only....99% just my DD.

You can get lots of different styles with different airflow. I have had NO problems with over heating.

 

Thanks. I looked at your slides...very nice looking. Which one did you go with (hard to be certain, looks woven....I am leaning woven....).

And, how much did you use? The stock is slightly smaller, but not more than 30%....

JB, I can't remember exactly, but I got the mesh that matched the TechArt mesh. I believe it is the diamond...with lots of flow.
