2 DIN aftermarkets radios

Does anyone sell a bracket that makes it an easy install, or are the pics I've seen custom jobs? I'd love to dump the factory nav and put in a touchscreen Kenwood unit.

Kenwood and Pioneer both make units that fit and I'm sure they must sell the proper mounting hardware for them.
