Before the race, my buddy who raced his car (cuz the owner is not the best of drivers) said that if he lost the race he was going to mod his m6 more. NOS perhaps ? he pretty much said goodbye after that he had to go pick someone up.

Airjordan, it may look slow but remember i have awd and hes right on my *** imo. He's the closses anyone has goten to me out of the hole. Its not slow trust me. That m6 was fast out of the hole.


Ard, im not sure of his mods. It sounded awesome that much i can tell you. the dude has more money then he knows what to do with it so i wouldnt be surprise if he has some serioustly expensive mods.

BMW's are not great from a dig. From a roll, he'd give you a run for your money. You had 2-3 lengths at the launch. M's shine over 100.

Nice kill, but he was stupid for agreeing to a dig race vs AWD.

 

Agreed...and SMG from the hole sucks...even with the ****ty launch control thing. But from a roll..watch out!

The M6 is a bit heavier and seemed to launch poorly on the videos.
BTW the videos are not good. Sorry but what the hell, you can not see who won. Put the camera guy at the end to catch the winner or film from inside one of the cars.

I have an E60 M5 that is a little fast and we are only beginning. By the end of the year we will have (ASR Engineering) a fully built twin turbo motor. No kit here. Anyway never mind that, nobody cares except us crazy guys down here in South Florida.

I'm not raving about how much power i have. I'm raving on how shock im at the results. I'm not hating at all. That car is a monster im not denying it specialy since it can carry 4 confortable.

I did race him from a roll..45mph to 160, ill say this again. I won by 3 car lenghts. I'm shocked plain and simple. The dude knows how to drive i can tell you that much, he is no newb.

Ranger i know Dinan. I use to go to their HQs as a kid to drool. I have held many many of pps mods in my hands as my fathers business does many parts plating for Dinan. So not only have seen /touched/been invited to their facility but we do stuff for them

Well I would not say the M6 driver was an idiot to think he could win.
I would love to take a piece of that action with my M5. I would not write off the M5/M6 that easily.

I will tell you this, my E60 M5 is no slouch from the dig and can make a very good representation for the ///M car community.
581 rwhp and 461 ft/lbs rw torque is not too shabby.

I own BMW and Porsches (997 GT3 and 997 GT3RS) and love them all.
Both companies are great.
The M5/M6 can hold their own.

Buddy wait till the fully built twin turbo motor gets done for the E60 M5.
But again nobody cares about this except some of us crazy guys down here in So. Florida. We will later shock the motorsport community.
