I have a 2002 911 turbo, tiptronic, about 30k miles.

i have noticed recently it has an ever so slight 'shudder' when i pull away slowly. today i also noticed for the first time, shifting into 5th, it shuddered and felt like it took a little longer than usual to complete the shift.

I also noticed in the last couple days is has a 'whine' - sounds like gear whine. where if i am slowly accelerating or cruising, it here it whine. if it coast, it goes away. seems to be more pronounced at lower than highway speed.


any ideas of what is going on?
