I also think the Cerrera GT is sick but I love the sound of an lsx v8 with a nasty cam.

The new M3 doesn't sound that good - could be that the video isnt able to reproduce the sound as it is live, but it sounds.... ordinary - the e46 M3 had a wonderful sound imo - i loved it, sure it was raspy but it was a nice I6 8150 RPM sound (mine was chipped) this e92 M3 V8 sounds eh

i agree. the m3 doesnt sounds ANY different than the rs4 engine or any other 'american style' v8 for that matter.
to be honest, my fav 'american style' (90 degree dual plane crank) v8 is prob the cayenne GTS, now that things screams!
and of course, the ferrari v8 is always at the top of the list!

Interesting car (the GTS) never would've thought - and i haven't heard either - when i had a Cayman S as a loner from porsche, i loved it - the sound was awesome, i drove it all day when i had it, i liked it as much if not more then the TTCab i dropped off at the time
