How much was it sold for? If unhappy buyer wants to swap out all the mods I have new Turbo motor and all parts to return to stock-- I will even pay for the work to do it!!!!

You will want to have Todd do the work,,,,I wouldn't swap out the mods, keep them.

The mods were installed by the master, all I would do is build the bottom end. I remember Todd talking about this crazy car....It has tremendous potential.

 

All I have to is that this dooshbag that bought this car doesn't deserve to own it.

I know the guys at Stevinson personally and they are top notch.

I bought my 03 X50 from Parin. It had a few issues when I bought it but Parin went above and beyond to fix it perfect. I have bought many cars from dealers of his size and he has been one of the top guys to deal with. **** happens but they have every right once you bought the car to to say TO BAD, AS IS. Parin never did that with me and sounds like he is standing behind his product here.

I have attempted to contact Parin several times through email and phone calls to the dealership. This car may be great for someone else who has someone to work on the car. That unfortunately is not me. I have always had my work done by a certified dealer and Parin specifically stated they would have no problems working on it. I have sent the car back to Chicago Motorcars. I have offered to pay for all shipping charges both ways. Chicago Motorcars loses nothing so I am failing to see why they are not returning phone calls especially when he posts in this forum that he is going to call me to work it out. I have a signed letter stating the car to be, "100% perfect." It is not that and I really just fail to see the logic in not taking care of business. It sounds like there is some interest for the car here on the board and Parin bragged that he sold 250 million worth of cars last year. I’m just disappointed - in the car, and all the hassles Chicago Motorcars has caused.

 

I can sympathise as the guy has more than likely picked up the steal of the century and it looks like he doesn't appreciate it!
