Turbo Oil Pressure Feed Pipes
After fitting our new K24/18g Turbos yesterday and noticing the Pressure Oil Feed pipes ends rusty/corroded. I've ordered a new set up along with a new pair of Oil Check Valve (That screw into the top of the oil feed on the turbos)
Has anyone changed the Oil Feed Pipes for the Turbos? If so did you manage with the motor in place or did you have to drop the motor?
I didn't get chance to trace the Pressure Feed Pipes back but looking at the photo on the parts it doesn't look very long so should connect somewhere close by.
If anyone has a photo of the engine out showing the turbo oil feed pipes it would help loads or anyone done them?
Just want to get a heads up before they come next week and I attempt to fit them.

It's funny you say all this as I was going to reply to your thread yesterday but had to run out to a meeting. These pipes are a ***** to get out, you have to remember our weather conditions over here are very different from the guys in the US, our motors corrode like **** here. I would put them oil lines on a par with brake pipes being seized and you have to heat them like you did and work them back and forth 1/4 turns max until they crack (good sign) the crack is just it releasing, if you over do it you will fek the pipe and have to replace it. I had mine replaced a while back just because they were so badly corroded at the connection, I never had time to do it myself as I was so busy with work, but it was an engine out job at my local porsche dealer (or at least a drop) I would say if you have them in and they are not leaking, leave them and wait until you do drop the motor at some point, then replace them then.
