Stock radio wont work! Help!

I had my battery out and when I put it back in, the radio refuses to work. It seems there is no power getting to the head unit or the CD changer. All the fuses under the dash are good.....any ideas??
Thanks

There are fuses in both the amp and the rear of the radio.

Is the amp near the spare tire? Where are the fuses on the amp?
Thanks.

The fuse behind the dack/head unit was out.....so now the radio powers on, but no sound. Check voltage to amp and its getting power...also, the cd changer seems to have no power. Any ideas??
