How to fix or replace this interior piece

In the attached picture - you can see that the leather has pulled up and dried on this passenger side pillar. Can I buy this piece somewhere or can I get the leather and have it reapplied? The interior of the whole car looks great besides this one eye sore.

I don't know the answer, but you could pull the A-pillar out and see if you can re-glue the leather down.

I've thought about that as well - but the unattached leather piece is basically dried hard. Is there a product to re-soften it? If so - then I could glue it back.

Cool - thanks. I just checked it out... Looks like I'm gonna get the Leatherique Rejuvenator oil and some other products. They'll custom color match the leather dye to restore it too. Does anybody know where I can get a 1x1 sample of the black leather interior? Are there some spare squares hanging somewhere in the interior or do I need to go to the dealer to get that?

Just take out the piece and bring it to an upholstry shop.
No need to tell them what car it comes from, so you can avoid the Porsche tax.
