Turbo Cab Owners, Roll Bar???
Hey for all you Turbo and Non-Turbo Cab owners what do you guys think about installing the Porsche Techequipment Roll Bar?
You would have to take out the back seats but since we don't have a roof the install besides the removal of the rear seats and seat belts should be pretty easy.
My main concern is roll over protection and even though the TT Cab does have the "emergency" roll over protection bars that "pop" up from the back when the computer "feels" the car is about to roll over I would still feel more comfortable with the additional protection.
I've had opinions that go both ways. Some folks think that the car would look silly. Others say they like the look. I'd like to get your views.
Thanks!

I would contact Hans racecraft to inquire about a custom Roll cage, they do really nice work, and have some of the nicest welds I have seen.

Anthony,
They might, but I would suggest a full roll cage if you're thinking about tracking your TT-Cab. I'm more interested in basic roll over safety for day to day driving/racing of the local roads.
Not that I speed or break any vehicle code laws!

Jay,
Would you please post some picks of your cab from the sides, front and back so we can get a better idea of what the overall car looks like. By the way, nice camera mount!!
