She's Baaaaaaaaaaaaaaak!
The damage was not too bad but the parts cost a ton of $$. The Rear deck lid, lower bumper skin and front bumper skin (Porsche OEM) were around 12k.
They pulled the engine to inspect it (Thanks Porsche Speed Demon). All was good there etc. But they were making sure.
BTW colocraig, Chicago Motorcars did NOT sell it to me like this.

Looks good. I just noticed that you're local.
I know what you mean on the parts. I bought my TT crashed in similar fashion to yours and I'm already about 10K into it with parts not including labor. At least when I'm done it's gonna look exactly how I wanted it.
Was there any damage to the quarters?

That's beautiful. Congrats. IMO Dark cars definitely need light wheels for the pop. Your car is a prime example of that.
16/24s do spool quicker, but IMO they take a small bit of top end HP away. Probably a good trade off, especially if your car is mostly street. In a roll on race. the 16/24 car will jump ahead 1/2 car on every shift and get reeled in by the time it's time to shift. Result: almost dead even.
