I for one can vouch for the fact that every time I see Marty, he is beating the **** out of his car (in a good way) . It takes it and wants more.

Fortunately, I didn't have the Ned Beaty experience

As far as building and tuning fast Porsche's, IMO he is the absolute best.

Hell if I'm not mistaken Deliverance was filmed on the Buffalo river which goes through Harrison

Marty drives his car the way it was intended to be - full throttle.

Man I thought the area looked eerily familiar. Very, very beautiful country (Paulie walnut even bought some property up there and I want to retire in that area some day).

However all the while I was there I thought I kept hearing "squeal like a pig, squeal like a pig."

Cynthia also built me a monster 3.8L and Todd engine and chasis tuned my 993TT to perfection. They are genuinely nice and honest people with tremendous talents.

I have not received his reply for a while. My currently set up is very close to your PE700. Since mine is a tip too, there are too many variation involved. Todd and I still working on it and hope one day good thing will happen. Please post your result soon after you finished. My recently records are 100-200 around 7sec and 200-300 less than 19 sec.

PS. I already switched my torque converter to EVOM's. You should be very careful about yours at this kind of power level.
Thanks for the info. Yes, Todd seems very busy at the moment. Hoping all is well over there as I have not heard from him in a while either...

Would love to get a detailed breakdown of what you have done to your car if you dont mind.

Here are a couple of pics of Todd and Cynthia:
Fantastic Capabilities out of a messy shop (that is completely self-sufficient).
They have in house machine shop, engine dyno room, chassis dyno, motor build room
(the only clean area as Cyn demands). It is in the middle of nowhere Arkansas on some of the most beautiful property imaginable. He has to trailer cars up and down the 2 mile
driveway due to heavy rutting in the rains.

Marty
Marty, its amazing to think that one of the top tuners does it all in such a "family/rural" atmosphere. Just amazing. Any more pictures you could share?

ShotCaller, didn't hear back from you , which car is that Protomotive 997TT? Is he racing in the Nationals, or Porsche Club?

Jean
Absolutely insane video Jean. The power on that car of yours is amazing!

how cool is that!! Do you have any pictures of your car at MANTHEY on the dyno?

Your 993GT2 sounds absolutely sinister under full throttle, love it!

The video on the wide open highway is !! You went by the water coolers
like they were standing still!! LOL!

Cheers,

Protomotive: just really great people with Volumes of knowledge, building really
fast cars.

Those that know me know that my "bolt-on mods" have survived about 20 track days
+ 15,000 hard street driven miles and I have absolutely "**** pounded" this car and it
keeps coming back for more. I have never had a boost leak, any MAF monkey business,
or any other problem of any kind (I blew off the intake at the throttle body one time, period!). My bolt-ons were done at Protomotive by Todd, Cynthia, Russel and Dee
and it has worked famously since. I am now finally going to try a custom program from
Todd that will better take advantage of my race gas habit. I didnt want to touch becuase I havent had to touch it. I just get in it and DRIVE!
Thanks Proto, for that and the friendship)

Marty
Marty, its these sort of comments that just make me feel so comfortable about the choice I have made in purchasing the PE700 kit....

Only thing now is the horrible wait.... really hope Todd manages to get it done soon so I can finally join the Proto family!!!
