Protomotive & Todd
Hell if I'm not mistaken Deliverance was filmed on the Buffalo river which goes through Harrison
Marty drives his car the way it was intended to be - full throttle.
However all the while I was there I thought I kept hearing "squeal like a pig, squeal like a pig."
Cynthia also built me a monster 3.8L and Todd engine and chasis tuned my 993TT to perfection. They are genuinely nice and honest people with tremendous talents.

Absolutely GREAT people, independently of their engine building and tuning capability. Great fun and great friends to have.
Here is a video of Todd doing some tweaks to my car in Hockenheim, Germany, before heading to the 'Ring. I have dozens of pics if you would like me to post, I will post some.

Hi,
I also bought few things from Todd. Like you, I never saw him in person causse I am living in Taiwan. He seems like a very nice person to talk to or through mail but he is very busy recently. I have not received his reply for a while. My currently set up is very close to your PE700. Since mine is a tip too, there are too many variation involved. Todd and I still working on it and hope one day good thing will happen. Please post your result soon after you finished. My recently records are 100-200 around 7sec and 200-300 less than 19 sec.
PS. I already switched my torque converter to EVOM's. You should be very careful about yours at this kind of power level.

Would love to get a detailed breakdown of what you have done to your car if you dont mind.
My 200-300 is 15.3 seconds (extrapolated from my TX Mile run)
Here are a couple of pics of Todd and Cynthia:
Fantastic Capabilities out of a messy shop (that is completely self-sufficient).
They have in house machine shop, engine dyno room, chassis dyno, motor build room
(the only clean area as Cyn demands). It is in the middle of nowhere Arkansas on some of the most beautiful property imaginable. He has to trailer cars up and down the 2 mile
driveway due to heavy rutting in the rains.

Thank you guys for the kind words. That video on the 'Ring is of course a cruise (12 minutes or so) I have a few more videos on the track back home. There are a couple posted on Youtube, one was a WOT run between a 997TT and 997GT2 and then I joined the party, and the other with me doing a stupid mistake on the track during a DE.

Jean,
Great Vids, I absolutely loved them!
Love Todd (The mad scientist as many of us call him) tuning your car IN GERMANY,
how cool is that!! Do you have any pictures of your car at MANTHEY on the dyno?
Your 993GT2 sounds absolutely sinister under full throttle, love it!
The video on the wide open highway is
!! You went by the water coolers
like they were standing still!! LOL!
Cheers,
MK
Protomotive: just really great people with Volumes of knowledge, building really
fast cars.
Those that know me know that my "bolt-on mods" have survived about 20 track days
+ 15,000 hard street driven miles and I have absolutely "**** pounded" this car and it
keeps coming back for more. I have never had a boost leak, any MAF monkey business,
or any other problem of any kind (I blew off the intake at the throttle body one time, period!). My bolt-ons were done at Protomotive by Todd, Cynthia, Russel and Dee
and it has worked famously since. I am now finally going to try a custom program from
Todd that will better take advantage of my race gas habit. I didnt want to touch becuase I havent had to touch it. I just get in it and DRIVE!
Thanks Proto, for that and the friendship)
