Misfiring/Hesitation.

i've been having this problem with my car since 2 months now, it happens only in 3rd and 4th gears when on WOT from 3KRPM all the way to redline, here is the details on the car:

2004 996 turbo Manual 6 speed
Gemballa ECU
racing clutch/ lightweight flywheel
GT2 intercoolers
FVD Diverter valves
K24/K26 Turbos
5 bar fuel pressure regulator

the mods mentioned above were installed in the car since 4 years back without any issues.
2 days back i installed a new gearbox with the gearbox mounts replaced, and before that replaced the fuel pump, the spark plugs and mass airflow sensor, and the ignition coils with new ones hoping that it will solve the problem but without any luck.

the dealership couldn't diagnose the problem there is no error from the ECU, the last sugestion i got from the dealership is that it could be caused by the gemballa ECU which i've been running in the car for 4 years now without any problems, they are suggesting to send the ecu back to germany for reprogramming.

could this hesitation and misfiring problem be caused by the ECU? or by some other part?

please advise, your feedback will be most appreciated and thanks in advance.

could be several reasons. What boost are you seeing? What did you gap the plugs at?I would get the car on aload bearing dyno and try to replicate what is happening while data logging the car for afr's and timing to really see what is going on.

Get a recommendation for a qualified shop in Dubai from someone else here!

Search for 'Dubai' and find someone that lists that location, send them a PM and see if they have recommendations....

Jean, GT3_DUBAI, etc...

riley6 is infamous around these parts
Mine showed a P0300 code - 304,305, 306 at AutoZone today. BUT it runs fine, maybe alittle turbo spool up lag at slow speed (2nd gear) but this may be the car's nature (just bought it). Any ideas?
