Anyone use SuperChips in the UK?
Both customers were please.
We flash over a lot of their stuff through our dealer network in the UK and we have successfully competed against them in the UK VWCup (took first place). I do not know of any tuners that they tune for here in the US aside from themselves, but some US tuners use strings like "superchips" in their programs to stop some chip readers that are on the market. If you put the word Superchips at address line XXX0 in your binary file their dealer readers won't read out your chips. You can also put EVC.EVC at line XXX0 as well, to keep EVC readers from reading your chips. We also implement a NOREAD string that is commonly used, among tuners, to prevent most mainstream chip readers made by companies that know of and follow the "noread agreement" from reading out modified programs. I would recommend you guys do the same to prevent inadvertent reading of your software.
I did not see your post here. My post above may not be news to you, but shoot me a pm if you want more info. You know our stance on software protection in the industry.
Thank you for the insight. I will PM or email you shortly with an update on the matter we spoke of a few weeks ago.

PS I bet you'r hoping England drops a few points this week eh
