jean are you talking about protosport? not sure what email you have for them . but John woudl reply to emails with in a few hrs same as todd at protomotive. if you need johns email pm me i will give it to you .

It is not the first time he does not reply. Looks like they have more than enough business, good for them, my money went elsewhere, and it wasn't a small amount !

He might not respond right at the moment but he usually responds by the end of the day. You gotta realize these guys are not behind a computer all day long making sales. They are hands on doing the work on the cars just like Todd at Protomotive.

I sent my first email on August 11th and then another on September 23rd to be more specific.
Anyway, no more hijack, this has nothing to do with their ability to tune! I just take my business elsewhere that's all.

jean can you pm me the dress that you have for them? just curious as to which one you used . cuase he would reply 2-3 times a day to me . also ,sometimes emails get sent into the junk folder sometimes accideantaly .... it happens, and it happend to me before. regards .

More thumbs up from me on John and Paul and their Protosport shop. They did an outstanding job on my 993TT 3.8L twin-plug "stage 1" last winter, and as I write this, that car is currently in their shop with "stage 2" going in (turbo change from GT2871's to GT3076's, wastegate mod. plus other tweaks), good for 700+HP on an OBD-II/MAF setup. Last summer with "stage 1," I put about 7,000 miles of joyful driving on it, juggling miles on my tuned Noble M400 (to 573RWHP) and my 996 TSCab with EVOMS' GT700 kit. I am so impressed with Protosport's work and professionalism, I think after my 996 warranty is out this summer, I'll have Protosport do an 800+HP upgrade on the 996 next winter.
And in terms of e-mail correspondence, I am amazed that John can get back with replies always within hours. I have had nothing but positive experiences with their shop.

just wanted to take the time and post about my experience with john at protosport and for that matter Todd at protomotive...
customer service was excelent and john's attention to detail/perfection is second to non. He went out of his way to sort out a mess i had .and gave me back a tottaly different car ..
If anyone in the east coast is looking to do work to their baby, look no further then protosport. highly recomend them. Thanks again John.
