Id say that is a high $60K car. The color is a plus as are the interior/exterior options and the nice low mileage. Sounds like an AWESOME car!

 

You can offer 60K and you might get if the dealer is hard up for a sale. Most of the "options" you've listed are standard equipment. The aero package is worth something. The stage IV engine package is suspect, not a Porsche option so who knows what's been done to it. Mods can add value or subtract value depending on how well or poorly they've been done. The car bone stock is prolly worth 70K.

 

"dealer" as in "used car dealer"? Assume anything and everything they say is either (a) erroneous or (b) a lie.

With a highly modded car they likely haven't a clue as to what was done... or worse, there is some 'history' and they purposefully 'don't know nothin'....'

Unless they put info in writing and make it part of the purchase documents, you should assume it's not true.
