I got a question, is that garage attached to your place or do you have a walk to it? Just trying to figure out what people do for garages in cities around NY
Perhaps that is the Detailing shop? Too many low sidewall mounted fluorescents for a garage?

yea, I started thinking that after I posted, it looked a little to cramped for a detail shop though.

Detailer;
Too bad I am in California. I imagine that if under those direct / close side fluorescents your work looks good (and it must or else you would not have them in place) the finishes must be spectaucular in daylight!!
Fluorescents seem to be the worst (or best depending on individual point of view) to show scratches.
