allignment/corner balance switching tire sizes help?

In the spring I had pss10's put on and an allignment done at the dealer, cornerbalance and ride height was sent out to a local p car shop. At the time the wheels/tires were 235/19's front 315/19's rear hre p40's with mich ps2's. My question is that now I am going to the road course track near SA I put my stock gt3/18's on with the matching tires don't recall the front size but rears are 295 and they are what came on a cpo'd car so I think they are to stock specs.

Am I ok with the original allignment/corner balance even though I have changed the wheels/tires?

yes. No worries on alignment or corner weighting.

When you put the 18's back on you will notice a larger gap between the tire and the wheel opening.

Your corner balance and alignment specs should not change.

The only difference to consider is the wheel weight itself.....

This is only a street car and should not make a huge difference at least not a noticeable one.

If the 18"s are much lighter you will feel a difference in the way the car handles.

Simple matter of physics......... Unsprung weight!!

Great! Thanks for the input everyone.

Gunther-Yes I do notice a gap with the 18's. I am looking into 15mm spacers to get that nice flush look.

Thanks again.
