Went back to OEMs yesterday, wow

I've been riding on my 19" OZ Racing Superleggera III wheels for the past few months which I've loved. The look and how it fills in the wells so perfect, not to mention the extra meat I fit on the rims. Great experience with the H&R Coilovers. With some bad luck I had a flat crossing the Tappan Zee Bridge and destroyed the tire so while I wait for it I threw the OEM Turbo Twists back on. I can't believe how different the ride was. When I moved up to the OZs the difference wasn't very noticeable but after a few months going back down is VERY noticeable. I've always been okay with 19"s for the street because they haven't ever felt like they would make "much" of a difference but I'm now a believer. Looking for a set of 18"s now .

I put a set of Zone Z1 19'' wheels on my my car and couldn't believe the difference. I also have a set of Champion R5's. The champions are a hair narrower in the rear 11.5 and the Zones are 12's. The Champions don't look as nice as the chrome Zone's do, but seem to ride and handle better. Both wheels are forged, but the Zones are 3 piece. Both sets have Mich PS2's. I'm thinking about painting the Champions black in the center and running them. I'm still struggling with it a bit as the chrome Zone's look SO good on my black car!

When I sold my car I put everything back to stock and more than the wheels/tires, I felt more of a difference in the suspension and the exhaust.

You can run 15mm rear and 7mm front spacers with Champion 8/11.5 if you roll the rears.
