Need help from all photoshop gurus...
Currently my TT (artic silver) is in the shop getting the same body kit & widebody done as the car in below pic. I'm also contemplating the possibility of a custom repaint but am having a hard time visualizing it in this new kit. My choices of color are: basalt black, polar silver, & seal grey. Your help will be greatly appreciated!

But if you have a shop you really trust to do all this work, then getting the custom paint job will be no problem. In my opinion though, if you're going to repaint the whole car, you should go with a totally custom color that no other 911 has. Why go through all of the work to do a custom paint job just to have the same color someone else got from the factory. I think it'd be cheaper for you to just buy a newer 911TT in the color you like and mod that one instead!

The bodykit will hurt resale too, so paint it if you want and if you'd leave the body kit when you sell (yes non-Porsche bodykits like that will often actually make the car worth less).
As for color, keep in mind with black, the intakes will be much less obvious -- so depends what you're looking for. Sorry my Pshop skills arent up to that job.

kjm3,
Thanks for the advise. Selling the car has not crossed my mind as this is more of a personal project to me. I guess if I do decide to sell the car one day, it'd be targeted against a small group of people who'll be interested in the car specifically due to the body kit and all the other custom upgrades. Your suggestion on a really custom color does sound very interesting, from top of my head I'm thinking maybe...pearl silver or gun metal metallic?
camneelyphile,
Thanks, I also hope the end product will be fantastic! The body kit is from Gemballa and widebody work is done by an independent shop.
carrerascott,
Yes, I also agree the color black will make the intake less obvious, actually I think dark colors would not be a good choice for cars with custom body work as the overall visual impact would be much less dramatic.
