I have the pss10's on my car but not any swaybar mod. I like it on the hardest setting. I forget if that is 0 or 10 but I tired your initial set up and played with the turns for a while and then just cranked it to the hardest. The car handles very well and feels very planted. Good Luck.

You are right...The only way for pss10 to operate properly is to set it at 10(hardest setting)you see when it is set to 10,it reaches and just overcomes OEM bound and rebound forces...Tomorrow hopefully i will have my car ready with modified pss10 for longer travel and different bound/rebound settings, tailored to specific car...you see the guy that modified my Pss10 has done the same thing on a few 996TT with pss9 and he knows the job...However we made a comparison between pss9 and 10 and to my dissapointment pss9 has a better build quality...major advantage is that the adjustments are linear to bound/rebound while pss10 has a little effect from 1 to 9 and huge effect on 10.we installed adjuster needles from pss9 so to override this problem...Also the quality of the coilovers are poor in PSS10 compared to 9...View photos and you will see difference in bolts...when my setup finishes,it will have stock bound rebound at setting 4 to 5 and after that it will be harder...Also we defferentiated the difference from low to high frequency bound/rebound forces...(low frequency for low speed cruising is set to stock forces while high frequency is set at 20%harder...all of them in setting 5)Original pss10 when set to 10 is a little harder at high speed but VERY hard at low speeds so the car is about to brake at hazards...What have you done with lowering?Remember pss10 has 5,5cm of travel only...so if you lower your car e.g. 3cm,you have only 2,5cm of travel before reaching bumpstops...

My car is lowered to 26 inches all around from floor to top of wheel well. I had a race shop corner balance as well and they suggested Euro specs and not gt2 specs due to bump stops. When I got the car back I still wanted it lowered another .5 inches all around and we came up with the 26 inch drop. Rides well for me but not as low as my previous 05 Turbo S on H&R springs which was .5 inches lower but did not handle near as well. Funny thing is I thought the 10's were supposed to be better/more advanced than the 9's which is why I held out for the 10's.

Sadly they are not better than pss9...An easy way to get it lowered another 1/2 inch is to take out the front shocks, open the shoe(it is easy no gas or oil pressures are lost)by unscrewing the adjuster of the pss and finally see the bump stop...Then slice it in two pieces and insert only one...By doing so you reduce the bumpstop lenght by 1inch...but still leaving enough bump stop for use...By pressing the shock you will see the difference in travel...

Tom,

I'm not sure if it's possible with the PSS10's, but with my 9's, I'm at 25.75" front and 25.5" rear. The roads are terrible around here, and I've never hit the bump stops, so that leads me to believe I'm still at a safe height. I've also heard that the 10's can go lower than the 9's, so you may be able to take it down a bit more. Just a thought...not trying to get you to spend more money...LOL!!

Merry Christmas!
